Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of taponemarketing.com and any services delivered by Tap One Marketing. By requesting an estimate, submitting a brief or making a payment you agree to these terms.

Prices displayed and estimates issued via QuickFile are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Work begins once a deposit or first invoice is paid and the brief is confirmed in writing.

Setup fees are payable up front. Monthly subscriptions renew automatically via Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time; refunds for unused portions of the current month are at our discretion.

Deliverables are scoped in your brief or estimate. Reasonable revisions are included; substantial change requests may be re-quoted. Third-party fees (ad spend, domains, paid plugins) are billed at cost.

You own the final deliverables once paid in full. We retain the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise. Underlying frameworks, components and tooling remain owned by their respective authors.

Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us for the relevant service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or where the law prohibits limitation.

Either party may terminate an engagement with 30 days written notice. Fees for work already delivered remain payable. We may suspend service for unpaid invoices after written reminder.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
